Where do I start?

I haven't blogged in such a long time that the build up of events and going ons is a mile and a half long!!

The babies are growing and developing in light years, it's almost impossible to keep track of their everyday accomplishments.  Stella has started trying very hard to walk, she has taken up to three steps in a row and does two all the time.  Axl grunts and says da like he's having a full on conversation with you. He is especially responsive when he hands you something and you say "thank you", he says "da" right back! Axl fell in the bathtub and bit his tongue and split his chin all before plunging under the water for a frightening few seconds, needless to say he's gun shy and cries often during bath time now(don't tell Scott but I think Axl is going to be a mamma's boy!).
Ellie is also changing so much, she is almost 3 and the difference in behavior is amazing.  What she is going through mentally reminds me of the scene from the HULK when he changes into the big bulging green monster.  One minute she's so sophisticated for a 2 year old then the next she's melting into the sobbing, sniveling, yelling version she was just one year ago.  I'm waiting patiently for the new version to stick so we can leave behind the tantrum throwing 2 year old that I've come to loathe.  I can see it is really hard for her too. Patience is the key (and my new mantra).
Scott and I have been focusing on our relationship as husband and wife.  During this first year of the twins' life we have become immersed in our  Mommy and Daddy roles and it's been too easy to let our relationship sit backseat. So we have been going out on "dates" at least one night a week sometimes two for about two months now.  It has been amazing to have long conversations with my husband and sometimes not even mention our kids, it's really been great.  And it only helps the mommy and daddy in us be better too.  I recommend it!
Some things I'm looking forward to:
This is coming via UPS this Friday, I can't contain my joy.  Stop by for a drink, I'd be happy to be your barista!
These are the Babies costumes, Bahahahahahaha. The 2 dwarfs to go with Ellie's stunning Snow White costume.  Of course I'll post the pics, they wont disappoint!
I'm meeting Jordan and Andrea here, we are staying here, having drinks here,  and getting massages here. OMG, I can't begin to tell you how excited I am for this!
Ellie is having her Princess themed 3rd birthday party at her gymnastics studio.  She's ultra excited! Here are the favors I ordered from Etsy. They should be here any day now!
The Twins' 1st birthday is right around the corner as well.  We will be celebrating with mostly adult friends and family at my mom and Tim's house.  I found them the cutest tuxedo outfits on Etsy, but I won't spoil it here! You'll have to wait till I post pictures in about a month.

Here are the cuties lately...
